1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and duit8 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs your access to and use of the duit8 platform, including all services, features, and content available on it.

By visiting, registering, logging in, or using any part of the duit8 platform, you automatically agree to comply with all terms stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the duit8 platform.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Every duit8 member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registration or use of more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, an active mobile number, a valid email address, and personal bank details registered in your own name.

• The name on your duit8 account must match the name of the registered bank account holder.
• Each phone number and email address may only be linked to one duit8 account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• Contact duit8 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Using profane, abusive, threatening, or harassing language towards any user or duit8 staff.
• Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about duit8 or other users.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the operations of the duit8 platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your true identity or location in order to bypass established restrictions.
• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Selling, transferring, or sharing your duit8 account with any other party.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, depending on the severity of the breach. duit8 reserves the right to make the final decision in all matters relating to conduct violations.

8 Limitation of Liability

The duit8 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, whether express or implied. duit8 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues.

To the extent permitted by law, duit8 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform, including losses from gambling activity.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any third-party actions or content that may be accessible through the duit8 platform.

9 Account Termination

Duit8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time and for reasons deemed appropriate, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions, fraud, illegal activity, platform abuse, or at the request of relevant authorities.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the duit8 customer support team. Before the closure takes effect, all eligible balance withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.

• Accounts terminated due to a breach of Terms are not eligible for balance recovery under any circumstances.
• Bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited upon account closure.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to maintenance fees or automatic closure.

10 Terms Amendment
